We will deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days*. Courier costs as stated at the check-out. Please refer to the table below for the rate details. We deliver anywhere in Hong Kong, with the exception of outlying islands and restricted zones.

Orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Mon to Fri, not including public holidays. If orders are undelivered during the first try, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. We will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning your order to the warehouse. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
*Orders placed during holiday season / on sale period may be subject to special delivery arrangements.
Delivery by DPEX
1. The tracking number is provided in your shipping notice email – which is sent to you when your parcel is handed off to DPEX. Your tracking number starts with “218”, followed by nine digits eg “218XXXXXXXXX ".

Delivery by Mothercare
Orders with heavy or large items will be taken care of by our Mothercare in-house fleet. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a date.
All products are self-assembly. If you would like the item to be professionally assembled in your home, assembly fee will be charged. Please contact us at [email protected] for details.

Collect In Store:
We will deliver your order to your selected Mothercare store by the estimated date/time stated in your check-out. You will be notified through email when your order is being despatched and it will state the estimated date of collection. Collection of order will only be held up to seven (7) weekdays after arriving at the selected store. Please bring a copy of the order invoice as proof of purchase. If the ordered items are not claimed within seven (7) weekdays, it will be shipped back to our warehouse. If you still want to claim your order at the selected store, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

What is Collect in Store?
Other than home delivery, we have introduced a new delivery method where you can now choose to collect your online order at 2 of our stores; Lee Garden Two and Festival Walk.
Is there a charge for Collect In Store?
Collect In Store service is free for orders.
How soon can I collect my order?
You can collect your order within 3 weekdays from the order confirmation date. For the estimated date of collection, you can select the Collect In Store option during checkout and the date will be provided according to the selected store.
How can I choose Collect In Store?
You can do so by clicking on “View Basket”, you will be directed to review your shopping basket and will have the option to proceed to “Secure Checkout”. At the checkout page, under shipping method, you can select “Collect In Store”.
How can I collect my order at store?
When you place the order, please fill in your full name (for identity verification). You will receive our invoice email after you place the order. Please bring the copy of the order invoice as proof of purchase. Our store’s staff will check your contact number or document for identity verification.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
If a family member or friend is collecting on your behalf, you will need to email us at [email protected] before the collection. They need to provide their Identification Card, mobile number and the copy of the order invoice. Our store’s staff may check your contact number or document for identity verification.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
If the ordered items are not claimed within seven (7) weekdays, it will be shipped back to our warehouse. Please contact [email protected] with your order number to track your parcel and we will contact you back within 2 working days.

Yes, products which are available online are valid for this service method. However, we recommend to opt for home delivery instead for cots, cot beds, and nursery furniture.
