1. Offer is available to Cardmembers of Basic or Supplementary American Express Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. To enjoy the Offer, all payments must be settled in full with Eligible American Express Cards issued by American Express during the Promotion Period.
2. Offer is valid from September 1 to October 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

How to enjoy this Offer at online shop: Upon any purchase on mothercare Hong Kong e-Shop, customers will enjoy a discount upon payment at the “checkout” page by entering the Promo code (AMEX## and ## are the first 2 digits of the Eligible American Express Card number during the checkout process of online shopping.
5. Promo Code should be used within the Promotion Period. Unused Promo Code will be void automatically without notice after the Promotion Period. This Promo Code is not refundable. 7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, VIP offer or discounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. Mother and Child Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/ or service that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/ or services.
9. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
