"HSBC Red Hot Offers" Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotional period is from 1 April to 30 Apr 2021, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. This promotion applies to customers holding HSBC Premier MasterCard®, HSBC Advance Visa Platinum Card, HSBC Visa Signature Card, HSBC Visa Platinum Card, HSBC Red Card, HSBC green credit card, HSBC UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card, HSBC Dual Currency Card (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar subaccount only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns) (the “Bank”) (each an “Eligible Credit Card”). An Eligible Credit Card must be used for payment to enjoy the Offer (as defined in clause 3 below) during the Promotional Period. Customers holding any Eligible Credit Cards shall be referred to as the “Cardholders” herein below
  3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 15% off on selected regular-priced items (the “Offer”) at Mothercare stores in Hong Kong SAR (the "Participating Merchants") during the Promotional Period.
  4. The Offer is not applicable to any spare parts, service charge, Mothercare voucher and selected brands including Babyzen, Bloom, Bugaboo, Candide, Cybex, IQAir, Micuna, Leander and Stokke.
  5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers, discounted items, specific items and VIP offer or discount (unless otherwise specified). For details, please check with shop staff of the Participating Merchants.
  6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable.
  7. Only Cardholders whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are valid and in good standing during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Offer.
  8. The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the Participating Merchants.
  9. The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. The Bank and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to the Cardholders. The Bank accepts no liability for any such change or termination.
  10. No person other than the Cardholder and the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  11. In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Bank and/or the respective Participating Merchants shall be final and conclusive.
  12. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
  14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
